Where can I get a wristlet purse?

I’m in my mid-teens, and I can’t seem to find ones I like in stores. Any suggestions on what stores I should check out?

I want:
- less than $40
*does NOT have metallic or “shiny” fabric
*is NOT “baggy” or “saggy” looking
- Something like Coach, but not too expensive or too “professional”
*has compartments (pockets, dividers, etc) in the bag (hence the “purse” part, not just the wristlet)
- Simple, but cute design

BTW, I don’t shop online.
It should be big enough for an iPod Touch, cell phone and collapsable headphones.
